1995 Ford Explorer Question ??????????

Engine cranks and cranks, but will not start. Vehicle is stored outside and usually doesn't start after wet weather. After a few days of dry weather, it fires right up. Otherwise it is in excellent condition. 1995 with 102,000 miles. Thank You:-(
