When should be some big problem my dashboard light 4x4 and 4x4 LOW should blink , ist't it ???
Have you actually pulled the small motor out of the transfer case? I had a similar problem with our 93 Explorer the motor would run, but wouldn't go into 4 wheel. Inside the gear housing on the motor is a small plastic bushing that had broken down. Didn't want to buy a new motor and couldn't buy parts. Used a small piece of water faucet inlet tube to fix. I know this sounds crude, but it worked for us. I can send a picture of the tubing we used if interested.
Soooo I remove the small motor from may transfer case and his make turn only when I was turn the 4x4 switch to position 4x4LOW when I'm put switch back to 4x4 nothing was happend my motor going back only when I'm put switch back to Auto position.....
by the way when 4x4LOW was on i have no 4x4 driving too
any sugestion ????
