diagnostic codes HELP

Does anyone know where I can get the list of DTC for my 00 PSD? I am getting 2 codes that I have not been able to find ... P0470 and PFFFF?????? Thanx

0470 Exhaust press sensor circuit Biased sensor, open signal return
And the PFFFF might be a self test for the scanner.

Thanks .... I am assuming that the 0470 code would mean that I need to replace that sensor??? I have been having a stalling problem that happens during back throttle or very light throttle position and do not know if this is the cause or if it is the notorious cam pos sensor .... any ideas?
