97 Bedhooks/tiedowns
I want to replace the factory bed hooks/tiedowns in my 97 f150. They are the worst design ever and make it impossible to hook anything to, and can certainly not chain or lock anything to them. Does anybody know where I can buy aftermarket hooks?

my '99 has the same bed hooks. ( what a joke ) a friend of mine just bought a '03 F-150 and his factory bed hooks are better. they have a closed loop which would be good for locking things to. looks like they will bolt right in to the older models. I'm going to get a set of them for my truck.

I have a 97' f-150 and I replaced the old tie downs with the new closed loop style that are on the newer style trurcks they work great they bolt in the same holes. bought them at the dealership .they are not that expensive
