Window or windshield leaking somewhere? Help!

Hey Guys,
I have a 98 EB Explorer and every time it rains the driver side floor gets soaking wet. Has anyone every experienced this? I did a few searches but did not find anything. Any ideas. Tips for searching?

run a hose over the driver side of the car and pinpoint where the water is coimng from....maybe the weatherstripping on the door needs replacing.
