90 Ford F250 Trans Code Help

I need help finding out which trans is in my dad's truck. It is 1990 Ford F250. The trans code on the door pillar is "E", But the trans tag has PRA-P3. Can anyone help me.

Assuming it hasn't been swapped, it's an E4OD.
