Do an internet search, there is an Explorer sight with a lowering kit. Not a drastic lowering, just a couple inches to steady up the darty handling.

You can also do it at home for about $25.00. To lower the front, you loosen the torsion bars. The $25.00 will be for a set of 3" lowering blocks from Auto Zone for the rear. Just make sure when you get it done, you go straight to the alignment shop and have them align the front and add the correct amount of camber to get it right.
