ha ha...!! i ride my mountain bike to work... cant afford the Gas these days 
... no just kidding... for real THE MIlitary makes me live here(tornado alley).. i would never live here by choice... this time of year my trucks Hides in the garage for months on end to avoid damage due to Hail, winds, thunder etc... it hails here golfball to softball size 2-3 times a year... my truck hides, my mountain bike is not afraid!

But CWB.. balancing won't fix it.. will it? I thought it was an angle thing?
JJ... Thanks I will talk to him and see about whether he wants to go the shim way or the 1 piece way.. the new shaft sounds like the way to go, a better shot at fixing it anyways. Any idea where I can find shims if not?
