Replacing Door Speakers?!?

Replacing Door Speakers?!?
How difficult is it install the door speakers in a 04 SD SuperCab I am replacing all Speakers with Rockford Fosgate 6x8's. How do I take the the door cover off and ect....... Thanks in advance

Search the forums, there are numerous detailed posts. In short you remove 2 screws I believe one behind the light in the door panel, and the other ? don't remember but basically put some pressure and clips lets go. Someone will be along and give you the details.

The doors are a snap. Remove the black sail panel(top corner). Pop out the power window switch/lock panel. Unplug them. Remove one screw there. Pop out the red reflector. Remove that screw. Now lift straight up. NO NOT TRY AND PRY OFF. Pull up! It's that easy.
The rear panels I dunno.
I'd just add a 150hz bass blocker to them and leave them be. Mostly fill anyway and with the blocker they won't distort. Been working for me now for 5yrs. (I added an aftermarket head unit so adding the blockers was easy)
