292 compression results
as a lot of you may remember,i`ve had a-lot of problems getting my engine to run right after a recent rebuild.it has a slight miss to it and rocks back and forth and shakes the whole truck.it also has a light tapping noise which sounds like it`s coming from the # four cylinder and burns oil.i`ve also noticed that the oil turns really black within 400 miles.i finally did a compression test tonight and would like your opinion.

the only one that bothered me was the #4 which was ten pounds lower than the average.what is the normal accepted variance between cylinders?1000 miles on rebuild.
