Tint

Ok so I finally got tired of the melted tint on my rear side windows and the screech you get from rolling down the windows; I removed the tinting, want to buy some but everyone tells my the stuff from wal-mart and AutoZone is crap. Where can I get some good quality film?

Most of the stuff that you buy and apply yourself is crap IMO, you would be better off going to a tinting store and having them do it for you. If you're really dead set on doing it yourself, maybe they will sell you some of the stuff they use. Never hurts to ask.

I had 4 side windows on my crew cab, the rear window, and the 2 front vent windows tinted for just under $200 in Austin. If that gives you any kind of idea. You can call around and most places will give you an estmate.

I think it's Infinity Tint and Alarm, it's in the shopping center at the corner of I-45 and 1960. The same shopping center with the PetSmart in it.
