I am beginning the process of purchasing a new Ford Crew Cab Turbo Diesel. How do I log on to find out the real cost (dealer invoice) before I go in to make my purchase. Or is there a better way to shop for the truck?

ANOTHER SITE AVAILABLE IS "EDMUNDS.COM" I FOUND THEM TO BE WITHIN ONE DOLLAR OF THE ACTUAL DEALERS INVOICE ON ALL PRICES THEY GAVE WHEN I PURCHASED MY 99 F-350.
try kbb.com you can spec it out the way you want and it keeps a running total. it works really well and I have purchased two fords and it was exactly accurate, and it was fun to see thier faces when I quoted them the invoice price.
I just put in an order for a 2000 a few weeks ago. I had used carpoint, priceline to get prices for a 1999. Well, the priceline invoice prices were $2000 off from the actual invoice prices for the SuperDuty. In any case, I think I am getting a good deal...
if you have the time to wait, call larry jacobs at certified ford in moab utah, he will get you a 2000 ford truck the way you want it. only problem is the waiting, could be up to two months. he charges 2% over dealer cost. purchased a 1999 f350 4x4, power stroke with all the bells and whistles for 33,700 last june. you will not beable to beat his prices. i don't have his 800# but he advertises in trailer life in the back.
