I know the listed curb weight of my X is only 60lbs off from weighing it at a certified scale. The curb weight of a CC DRW 4X4 is 6711lbs. Im pretty sure the X is the heavy weight of the super duties but it doesn't weight 8300lbs.
my 550 c/c 4x4 has all the same parts as a 350 except rear axle, gearsets, and wheels and it weighs 9075lbs w/ a full tank. same front axle as a one ton.
a friend has the identical truck to mine except its a 350. it weighs 8340 w/ a couple chains in the bed. thats y i said 8300
this is at a scale at the local gravel plant, they have to be pretty darn close cuz all those semis go out of there straight to the interstate

and the manual says the "curb weight" of my F550 is 7341lbs!!
u ever been to a truck pull where the guys in the diesels r takin out the spare, emptyin the in-bed fuel tank, and clearin the stuff out from behind the seat to try to get DOWN TO 7500?? happens every year.
i do tech at 3 local pulls and u would be really suprised what some of these trucks weigh!!
last year a guy in a late 80's 4x4 chev c/c scaled 10,450!!! he had a b-series cummins in it but still... thats a lot!!
I pre-plan all my fuel stops there, two bays cars and trucks.
Pull on truck side leave motor running fill with the biggest highest flow rate nozzle into the worst in the industry filling diesel tank made, pay then leave a great experience.
Love the Flying J's.
No joking it is a good place to go, always out of town and QUICK.
