I tried to charge my AC on my F-150. On my low side ( suction side) port, I have pressure when the engine is running. Is this a sign that the check valve is not working properly or the filter is plugged and the refrigerant is not looping thru the system. The compressor cycles on and off 2-3 second intervals, and does cool, but not like it should. It acts like it's low on refrigerant. Any suggestions...
