Pinch Weld Covers ?

Pinch Weld Covers ?
Was looking at the bottom of my truck and noticed how Ford had included pinch weld covers at the very front and rear of the vehicle but left a loooong ugly line of pinch weld exposed just above the chrome steps. Does anyone know if covers or material can be had to dress up this area?
