What type ingnition?

Hey guys, I helping a budy this week work on his truck, its 86' f350 with a 429 or a 460, im not sure sorry. Wondering if you can tell me what type of ignition this thing has in it. And is it fuel injected or carb. I would just like to be prepared before I open the hood

Believe me I would if I could. But the truck is no were near me, and I have to drive a long distance to get to it.
