hello all.
i have a 78 ranger shortbox.
all chrome has been removed from side of truck.
i want to put racetrack crome on this truck and give it a 2 tone emerald green paintjob.
now my question is this.
how do i attatch the chrome strips after all the tabs have been ground off?

I had the large plastic clips pop-riveted in positon. You will need to drill a hole for a proper medal clip which you access via the opening at the tail light to secure the nut for the box. For the doors same process but access to the proper clip and nut is at each end of the door. The fender isn't fun. Same process but profanity may be necessary to access the proper clip and nut at the rear of the front fender at the door edge. The proper clip and nut at the front of the fender is accessable through a hole behind the head-light. If memory serves me right the tab/rivets are about 8" apart.
