Those 17 inch rim BFGs are quite a bit pricier than the 16 inch. I used to have 17 inch rims on my F150 but I switched over to 16 inch just because of the difference in tire price.
I priced out some BFG AT K/O tires about a month ago, 285/70/17 and they were about $800 for the set, as compared to about $600 for the same size tire with a 16 inch rim.
Anyway, for that tire you're looking at, I'd expect to pay about $150 a tire. If you did that size tire in a 16 inch rim, I'd bet around $100 a tire.
I have an '03, but I've seen 04's with 16s on them so I'm sure you could fit. I dont think any company has made a rotor setup yet that you have to have 17's or bigger in order to not scrape.
