Transmission Kicks

Transmission Kicks
I have a '92 Aerostar EXT 4wd Eddie Bauer with 108000 miles. I notice that the transmission will kick into gear if I accelerate and then let off the gas and coast. Usually at slower speeds. The transmission seems to be pretty strong, no slipping or leaks. Does this sound like something wrong that I need to worry about?
