Strange vibration

Strange vibration
I’ve got a ’90 Bronco 5.8L, its has a vibration that occurs between 900 and 1200 RPM’s no matter if idling or driving. You can feel it up through the steering column. I’m at a lose as to what’s causing this. Any ideas?

I bought a 79 mustang with a new 351w half way insalled this was quit a few
years ago , well I installed this motor in a 77 pro-street truck well at start up
it had a vibration and a small knock at about idle to 1200 rpms I did not drive
it but you could rev it up and you did not here a thing no noise .I pulled the
motor back out set the auto trans on the ground bolted the engine to the
engine stand , as soon as the come a long let the engine down I heard the
flexplate rattle It was loose they had used bolts that were to long and they had bottomed out before the flexplate had gotten tite and they did not use a load-speader ring . tighten them and added a load-speader fixed the problem!
P.S. have you checked your damper , could be loose.
