I've gone in and done the disabling part and popped out a couple of my add-in cards. We'll see if I can get this thing to cooperate. It didn't give me any trouble with Win98SE....

go into the bios and "load fail safe settings" and give that a try, if it is still giving trouble, if you have two sticks of memory take one out and try, if still hangs take teh other out and put the one you took out before back in. I do assume that this is a legal version you are using.
