got mine for $300 from Proficientperformance.com. I had a local 4x4 shop install it for $40.
I would HIGHLY recommend this kit. Sounds sweet, looks good, and I like the enclosed box for the air filter. In my opinion, i think it protects it better from dirt and heat.
definate increase in HP, and gas mileage. But over all, when you accelerate....... Oh man, you can feel it.
