Polyurethane Spacers
I've been told by two lift shops in Vegas that they've stopped installing polyurethane spacers (i.e. Daystar 2.5" Leveling kit) due to sagging problems. Has anyone heard of this?

I have had my Daystar kit on for about 2 months now and have had no problems. Daystar has been making leveling kits for about 10 years now, mostly for Toyotas at first. One thing I have noticed lately is a lot of new people making kits since ford came out with their new truck. Iwould be careful about what I bought until some of this stuff is tried and tested. Polyurethane has been used as bushings and spacers in vehicles for a long time and is very durable. They use it because it is strong and does not transfer road jolts and bumps like metal on metal. In fact ,if you have a kit installed you will notice the factory spacer on top of your coil is polyurethane. I don't make or sell kits, I just think Daystars kit is proven. Polyurethane will wear over time, a Long time!
