Question difference between headers for 2.9 auto and manual

i just purchased an 89 bronco II, 5 speed.....i knew of the truck for the past while and told the guy i was very intersted if he ever decided to sell. Nothing has ever been up-graded with the exception of auto to manual hubs.( i changed these shortly after he had purchased it) Other than that only oem parts have been put on it. Cleaning it up...i have started looking at some changes and the exhaust is drawing my intrest as it will soon need replacing. My idea of headers with dual exhaust would be unique for a BII around here. I'v been searching the net and found headers for 2.9L auto and manual. they have two different part numbers....was wondering what the difference was between them if any?

Yes they are diffrent .You need to get it around the cluch hyd lines on the mannual and around th linkeag for the auto tranny. If you go with the true dual you need to run a h-pipe on it ,and i dought it would pass the sniffer test if you have to do it where you live.

Where did you find headers for the 2.9? I was thinking about the same thing, but I couldn't locate headers for the 2.9 anywhere?
