mine used to do it, i just had to pull off the idler motor and clean it out with carb cleaner.

on the side of the throttle body theres a thingy held on by 2 bolts i believe. theres a sensor attached to it. DON"T SPRAY THE SENSOR!!!!! juts pull it off and sparay the other part.
