HELP! - diablo
I sent my diablo chip i bought in to Motorhaven to have it reprogrammed. before i ever bought the chip i gave webmaster my computer code and he said without a doubt that it could be reprogrammed for my truck. but i just got an email from motorhaven saying that diablo does not have a program in their database for my truck. Is this true? and if so, did i misunderstand the info i got from the forums here? just want to make sure i didnt miss anything.
the computer code on the white sticker on the inside of my passenger side door is CFS2. any info would be appreciated, i hate to think i bought this chip for nothing...

Yes, I did indeed tell you CFS2 can be done. And it can. But, somehow in the conversation between you and the Motorhaven CS rep, it was communicated as CSS2 which is not a valid code. So yes, if you send it in, we can do it.
In the future please contact Motorhaven directly for customer service issues, you'll get an immediate answer.
