03 - 04 Cobras use the M112.....so yes it is possible. But with better units available why use it? The intake the Lightning blower is bolted to won't work on the 4.6, you need the intercooler pump, reservoir, heat exchanger, brackets, belt, tone of hardware, custom chip, etc. I'd just look into a complete aftermarket kit from Saleen, ATI, Vortech, or Paxton...

As far as i understand it aren't the older 97-98 lightning intakes a direct bolt on to the same year 4.6 F150? I just ordered one for my truck adn i will eventually be posting my trials and tribulations on the build up.
