as I'm about to get a great F-350 4x4 with a 7.3L Navistar Turbo Diesel, I want to upgrade my F-350 a little, except with a budget. Any recomendation for suspension lifts? What about sites/information about waste-gated turbos? I heard they make a big difference in power, but since I was told about them, I forgot how they worked.
Hey logan, congrats on the truck! Here is a good site for turbos. From everything I read and heard they sure sound like the best in MHO.

As for suspension lifts I have had good luck with Pro-comp. I have a 2wd right now and it is stock height but With all the vehicles I have seen lifted they look like a good product. I helped a friend do his 85 F250 a while back and it was actually pretty easy. The instructions were good and it only took us a day to do it. Good luck!
What year is your truck? I know for sure the 99 and ups are wastegated and I believe the 94 1/2 to 97 were wastegated also. The easiest and most affordable upgrade would be a chip. If you stay with stock exhaust I believe a 65hp chip or under would be great but egt/boost gauges should be put on first.
It is a '94, I think I have one of the rarest engines since it is a lot like the PSD, but it isn't(?) the PSD. I do wander if the engine actually is the PSD, but just without fancy markings.
If you take a look around ATS's website they sell a Bigger Turbo Outlet Housing, and a bigger Turbo Outlet Pipe. These two improvements make a big difference on the 93 and 94 Turbo Diesels. Helped a friends 94 alot.
