Just type "exhaust brake" into your favorite search engine and you will have plenty of hits to choose from.

Try:
http://www.turbobrake.com
http://www.jps.net/langebrk/
http://www.drivetrain.com/exhaustbrake.html

This should get you started (or stopped I should say).

I have heard lots good about ATS. A friend of mine has an ATS kit on a 91 7.3 and what a difference.

I know that the jake brake only deals with the exhaust part but i have a 3" body lift, with a cherry bomb and a 3" straight pipe. just wondering if this would make a difference. thanks for the help.

Mine sounds horrible right now. The exhaust finally gave out last night actually. sounds good at idle with nothing past the y pipe but horrible if you step on it. lol

They look OK if you are running a 'stroke. I didn't see anything for the 6.9 and 7.3 that alot of us are running though.

ford4x4offrd,
Take a look in the diesel forum, Fatforty posted some info on a source for headers and exhaust for the 6.9's and 7.3 navistars. From reading someone elses post they made a world of difference on a 6.9 liter. If I wasn't fixin' to do a drive train swap I would be on the phone with my credit card in hand right now! Take it easy.
