87 f150

i got a 87 f150 but it gots a v6 its my first car im wondering should i change the v6 to a v8 or just keep it a v6 since the gas is really expensive wut do u guys think

Its probably a straight 6 not a V6 and keep it. It has lots of torque and gets fairly good gas mileage. Plus they last forever.
