I just bought a 1995 F-350 crewcab with PSDiesel/ 120,000miles. As I was driving down the road, the engine shut down as if the gas supply had been turned off. The ignition was still on. I stopped and it would fire but would turn over. It was found to be a fuse from under the hood that blew. Two days later, it blew again. Then the third time, it blew as i was about to start it. Same fuse every time. Fuse #22 under the hood. Just a short do u think? or something else.
Thanks for any help.
I would think it to be a short. Or two ires are coming or have rubbed off on each other and sometimes touch then blow the fuse. Does it blow it when you start it? Or just driving down the road?
