I just had mine done... it's welded at the header outlet... one before the muffler (behind the cab) then there will be another behind the muffler holding the turnout...
After the turn leaving the header it's a straight shot (with a slight smush down at the trans cross member to gain some height) all the way back to the muffler...
My duals go out the back, so the rear cross member is very handy. The hangers are the wrap-around type and are tack welded in place. Just look for a convenient cross brace or trany support. The hangers start off long and you trim them to the desired length. Good luck, John
