Shifting/Acceleration problem...
I'm not sure if I just can't feel it shifting earlier but it seems to shift out of 1st around 40mph/2000rpm and once I hit 55-60 if I put my foot to the floor it doesn't want to do anything. She's got a little over 109,000 miles and could probably use a tune up. Hoping I don't need a tranny rebuild.

My 1st gear @ 3K is about 15-20MPH.
2nd @ 3K is about 30..
So you would have to take 1st up to about 6500rpms to get 40mphs
Sounds like a shot tranny if 1st (sounds like 3rd) is taking you to 40.
But honestly..i have no idea

Wow... My tach doesn't even sniff 3k (unless I'm on the highway). Maybe it does shift smooth. I freakin hope so, going to get the codes pulled tomorrow, so I'll find out for sure.
