windshield wiper question

I went to get new wipers for my 2001 F-150 4x4 extended cab yesterday... the NAPA store and several websites said that I should be getting 20" blades, but my truck had 22" ANCO blades on it, so I got that size at NAPA. The NAPA units are kind of flimsy, so now that it's stopped raining, I want to get better ones in the right size.

Anyone know what is the correct size for this model?

Are PIAA wipers or any other upgrades worth the extra money?
