Just resize them with a photo program, such as photoshop.

Is there a certain size needed or does the program have avatars listed there? I have a new computer system still trying to figure it out.

Howdy, You can get lots of Avatars at http://www.romanys.com/ or do a google search and just type in the word Avatars. There are a ton of places. this one has 10,000+ on hand. I fell asleep one night and didn't make it all the way through all of em. A broadband connection helps a lot, but dial-up works good there too. Just make sure you right click the avatar you want and save it to your computer before using it anywhere.
