I don't know about whether or not there's a factory 7-[in harness for the rear of an Explorer or not. I've never seen one. What you might do however is look and see if you've got the plug to put a controller on it inside the truck. You'll be looking for a grey plastic 6-pin connector. It usually has a Red, Blue, Green, Brown, and Black Wire going to it with one blank. Typically you'll see them under the dash on the driver's side or passenger side. If you've got that, your EB output signal should be at the back of the truck in the tail light harness. You're looking for the dark blue wire.
