Can anyone help please

The 4x4 on my 94 Ranger will not engage. the first sentance should tell you what kind of t-case it is,

(BW1354 electric shift). I have taken the motor off 6 times cleaned lubed, checked to make sure it moved to it's limits, tested the control modual, and replaced the dash switch. was able to get it to go from 2wd, 4wd high, 4wd low and back to 2wd about 3 times. now it won't work again. so anyone got an ideas

Get a manual shift tcase, no shift failures no worries.

thanks FordPerf300, been looking for one with the shifter, found one about 8hrs away for $50. but the cover is from a b2 with auto on floor so will need another boot. guess i need to go get it.
