Intake Manifold/Carb Install Tips Please

hey eandaauto im sending you an email about the carb right now.
matt i think ill save up and buy a street avenger 770 there $394.99 in my jegs book.
im going mith the bigger cfm because sometime next winter, i plan on putting a performer rpm intake and crane 801 cam in it, and getting CJ valves.

Well thats great, maybe it looks blacker than it really is because of the pictures. Also, where on the carb is the power valve and how do you know it looks shot?? I should get it by friday, if the ****er is no good, ill send it back.

Hey steve i would pick the 770 for your truck too!
eandaauto a bad power valve will cause a carb to run rich and backfire! I would have used carb cleaner if a iwas selling it. He siad its set perfect thats bull ****. Its it wouldn't be pitch black if it was dialed in. I know its a manual choke but still!!!
I hope it works for you man but I don't think you will be impressed.
My intentions are not to make you mad but I think you will have problems with it.

Well I emailed the seller and told him that I would send it back if it there was a problem...you can send back an ebay item if it's not a represented in the ad. Hopefully its just the pictures, the one on holley's website looks kinda black also??
