I have a 02 F350. I would like to put 04 heated mirrors on it. Does anyone know where the stock heater switch in the newer trucks is.

There is no manually-operated switch for the heaters. When the truck is running, the heaters are on, continuously, regardless of outside temperature. I know it sounds weird, but trust me, that's how they work.

There is a mod to add a switch to turn these off. Can't remember where I saw it.
