I-Beam Indentification
I need some help identifying the I beams on my 66 F100. The truck was converted to power front disc brakes using later model I beams and spindles. I am considering ordering some dropped I beams but want to be sure of getting the correct parts (kingpin size). The part number on the right front I beam is D8TA-8-CA. Can anyone nail down what model truck this I beam came from? Thanks.

Looks like somebody used a 1978 as the donor truck for your beams. I recall that the kingpin size was in issue for 65-72 and then they changed from 72-79. If you are getting the drop beams, don't they offer a generic beam for 65-79 and tell you what size pin to use?
