Ford from above, I'm guessing that you didn't receive my emails from last night. I think once you have 15 posts you get email privelages.
Anyway, the only place to get the Tymar intake is from Tymar Performance. The website isn't up and running but lists an email and phone number. I highly suggest that you call, because the email is usually backlogged at least 1 week. Good luck.

that is most def what i would recommmend. I have one on my 96, and put one on my moms 99. the gains are huge, but it supports other mods well, and filters infinitly better than a stock box. Plus, dale is a good guy and customer service with him is unprecedented.
Thanks again, i'm almost at 15 posts. No i did not get your e-mails. My truck is going into the shop tomorrow, hoping the problem is similar to something they have already fixed before i bought it. I'm leary about leaving my K&n filter in. I havent developed trust with dealers yet, and don't want them to blame that filter for reason truck doesn't start. Actually, if i went out there right now, it would probly start, and then shut down in less than a minute. Then it wouldn't start again, till the next day(i guess).
CHeck to see if your intake tube is not seated properly. this sounds like what happened to me right after i bought the truck and changed air filters. the tube was loose at the throttle body and came partialy off. the engine would start and die once or twice and the not start until I properly installed the air tube. (air was bypassing the air sensor) Don
