Any info would be great , Im restoring my 93 f-150 im not mechanicly incline
want to beef up my inline 6, 300ci , my ford dealer NOT helpful at all .
ie:what kind of plugs, wires anything to help gain HP .
I have a 1978 Ford F-100 with an Inline six 300 and I was having a problem with power as well, I put a different air filter on, it is an Edlebrock Triangular one, I payed about $30 for it and it helped a lot the stock system was very restrictive.
I also put 8mm wires and Bosch super plugs in it. It has enough power for me, not tons but it will get up and go pretty good.
Both of you welcome aboard!!!!!! If you will notice at the top of the forum there is a posting that is labeled "Sticky". If you read that, there might be some good ideas in there for you. Welcome to the best Ford trucks website in the world!!
