maf cleaning
Does any one know what product to use to clean the maf? I have searched the threads and have only found threads talking about cleaning but no specific products given.
Thanks

Rubbing alcohol on a q-tip is highly recommended too.

I use pure alcohol on a cue tip. Just be sure you don't leave any fibers on the wires.

You can also use Brake Kleen, it works great. I usually take off the whole MAF unit from the intake and spray it every couple of minutes and let it drain until I see the sensors nice and silver.

It is inside the air intake tube and measures the volume of air entering the throttle body.

The way I've done mine and many others suggest is by swabbing it with a q-tip dipped in alcohol.
