hi. anyone have or had goodyear wrangler tires either AT/s or Mt/r? how are they? anything you could tell me about em would be great. right now i have michelin? cavlier and im not too thrilled.only 2. the other 2 are near toast thats why im thinking about doing a whole new 4. thanks all
I have the AT/s on mine. I have no problem with them as far as traction and wear. However, I do prefer and have a set of BFG AT's for winter. The seem to do better in the snow that the Goodyears. I will say the Goodyears do better on wet roads than the BFGs.
I have the MTR's and yes, they do wear out fast. I have BFG muds on my Jeep and have used them on my Bronco also, I like them better. You'll defenitly save some dough on the BFG's too.
Got Wrangler AT/S on my rig, 31 x 10.5. 30,000 miles and they are running around 50% tread. 2 winters of running back and forth between Portsmouth, NH and Groton, CT convinced me that I made the right choice. When these are gone the only change I might make is to go with 32 x 11.5 next time.
