There have been occasions where you could get that in a day here. Of course there is a lot of flooding going on for days afterwards.

I read recently that the southwest has had more rain in the last 100 years then what would be typical, going back a long time. A lot of farmers here pump water with diesels or electric pumps.

Same here in NY, been raining for days, huge T-storms, good ol' window rattlers...

I have a boat that I can't use, but if we get anymore rain, it's gonna float off the trailer right here in the yard..

Better than some places I've been.

I once worked in Denver City, Texas. The last time it rained there was during Noah's flood...and it only sprinkled.
