I've been emailing the company to send the back but no response.. If anyone is interest in them please email me at sw6ramair@aol.com My loss your gain THXS

Is it something that can be corrected with a little modification using a hammer? I've heard that it is necessary with those headers...

Yup, they need a bit of correction tool application to work. The company swears up and down that they are a "DIRECT" bolt on, with no mods necessary, but that is BS. I think a couple of guys on here have bought them and installed them, and had to modify them to get them to fit.

There was a post awhile back where someone had to bang in the portion you are referring to with a hammer, and drill out some of the flange holes to get the header bolts to line up.

Yes i had to "modify" one tube slightly with a hammer some, enlarge the holes to facilitate getting all the bolts in, but i am VERY satisfied with the performance gain they gave. Now, the 4wd thing i could not answer since mine is 2wd.These were a hard install, will probaly just pull the engine next time.

For sael announcments are okay BUT all sale transaction questions, statements and the like are to be handled OFF the boards.

The discussion started about the compatibility issues with this brand, so I let the conversation persist.

If anyone is interested in them I suggest that you get in touch with 415C ci guy. Unfortunantly, email doesn't work for new members with a low post count.

Let me suggest that these headers get put up in the FREE classifieds and the 415' can put his contact info there.
