Holley 2v's??
Ok I had a 4v holley 600 with vac secondaries. Started acting up so I was over that. A lot of people told me to run the old 2v motorcrafts/factory holleys because of there simplicity and ability to run at different angles very easily (they actually seem quite popular with the 258 I6 jeeps), however I run nitrous and I can not have a lack of RPM's and the more CFMs the marrier so My friend offered a 2v 500 cfm holley for free (needs a rebuild but I have enough stuff just laying in my garage to rebuild it). Are these still good carbs? Do they still hold up the reputation of the motorcraft/holley 2v's?
P.S. This is in relation to a 302 in my samurai so it does see of pavement regularly, I would have searched but this is a pretty huge forum
