code r servo's

i have a rebuilt to stock tranny, with a hughes towing torque converter and i'm about to add a b&m shift kit, my engine is pretty healthy and my tires are pretty tall and i was wondering if the code r servo would be a good investment and help the tranny hold better or if its just another sticker i get to put on my truck? i was mostly looking at the ones from jet cause i should be able to get a decent deal on them

I run a E shift lever and a L servo. this set up works good on my 79 F250 4x4. Personaly I think R servos are too much, and you will likely end up trying to tone it down with different shift levers.

I'm running the E shift lever and the R servo...B&M shift kit and the accumulator valve shimmed...I don't think it'll EVER slip, but the shifts are kinda harsh for just driving. Wide open yeilds me a satisfying chirp from first to second.

shimmed accumulator valve?

this truck is strictly offroad and i'm not worried about street driveablitity just trying not to make it smoke another tranny with in a year.
