Just picked up my new dually. Was wondering why the exhaust emission smells more like propane emission than typical diesel odor?
Engine build date of 3/04.
Thank you I thought I was the only one to notice. My 2003 smelled the same way until the 1st flash. Then even my 9 year old son noticed. He said dad now it smells like you old diesel. I now have a 2004 (long DSB story) it smells like propane gets better fuel milage and runs better than the 2003.
