I just ordered a 10-point cage kit for my Bronco from S&W Racecars, cost was $220 plus shipping. It came in today, and looks very strong!!! I'll have a write-up on the install soon!!! Welding required...
justshootme84.....Seeing your post yesterday prompted me to contact S&W to see how much it would cost to have one shipped to me. While e-mailing with them, I asked about how the cage protects the rear seat and cargo area.
Here's part of their answer:
------------
At this time, we are still developing the family bars for the Bronco, so for estimate purposes I used the price and weight of the family bar for the Big Blazer. The price will be the same between the two, but I’m not sure of the weights. I’ll let our engineer know there is an interest in the Bronco Family Bar and maybe we can speed the development up. Let me know if you have any other questions.
------------
So, if there's anyone else interested in getting a full cage for their Bronco from this place, let them know. If we make enough noise, it sounds like they might push this through a little faster.
